CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
- Three and a half year (1992-1995) starter at left tackle. Moved as starter midway through his true freshman year.
- Did not allow a sack as a senior and just one in final two years.
- Led team to its highest rushing average since 1976.
- Also won the NCAA indoor title (shot putter) in Track and Field 1996.
- Selected by Baltimore Ravens in first round (fourth pick overall) of 1996 NFL draft. And earned all-rookie honors.
- 11-time Pro Bowl Selection (1997-2007)
- Member of 2001 Super Bowl champions (Baltimore)

- Concensus first-team All-American in 1995
- Other Awards: Columbus Touchdown Club Lineman of the Year, UPI Lineman of the Year, Runner-up for the Lombardi Award, 1995 Pac-10 Morris Trophy (Offensive Lineman), 3rd team All-American in 1994.
- Jersey No. 79 Retired in 1997
- Inducted into the UCLA Athletic Hall of Fame in 2006.
