From its inception in February 1998, I endeavored to make Bruin Gold a portal for the college football faithful; a source to absorb and share the Bruin football experience via the web in a hassle-free environment. As you may notice, this is an independently-owned site -- free of membership restrictions and dues. I am not in this to make money, but to provide you, the Bruin Fan, with a home on the internet. Having stated that, I ask for support from fellow fans that can spare a few dollars to help me offset my operating expenses. I am asking that you donate only what amount you are comfortable with. Rest assured that there is absolutely no threat of the website closing down. A little financial assistance is all I ask. Strictly voluntary on your part. If all goes well, money collected beyond operational expenses will be donated to the UCLA Athletic Fund. Or it can be used to further improve the Bruin Gold experience.
